    SACRAMENTO, Calif. — California Lawmakers have introduced a new bill, AB 366, to tackle drunk driving. “Members this is an urgent call to action,” said Assemblymember Cottie Petrie-Norris (D-Irvine). “AB 366 is an opportunity for us to save lives…for us to stop these tragic and preventable deaths before the car even starts.” The bill would ensure all DUI offenders, including first-timers, are required to install interlock devices in their cars to prevent them from driving drunk.

    SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A local woman says a visit to an AT&T store left her without a working phone, but after reaching out to 10 On Your Side, she received a response from one of the company’s top executives. Jan Warner, an AT&T customer, says she stopped by an AT&T kiosk inside her neighborhood store for what she thought would be a routine visit. Instead, she left with a phone that didn't work. "It won't plug in. It won't charge. It won't do anything. What am I supposed to do?" Warner said.

    SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Tiger night club, a popular venue in Sacramento, had its liquor license suspended for 30 days. Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) says the suspension was posted on Jan. 29. ABC says they conducted an investigation that started more than a year ago, in which an employee allegedly sold cocaine to an undercover agent. According to the agency, the employee was arrested while working at the business, and was found in possession of cocaine.
