It’s not school’s out for the summer — it’s council is out. The last Barrie city council meeting before the summer break will be held Wednesday night. Many items have been passed through the general committee and will finally be ratified in the evening. Among them, Barrie’s south end Sports and Library Complex. That project was only unveiled to the public two weeks ago.
