DORCHESTER, Mass. — After a marketing flop last fall, Boston’s new professional women’s soccer team will change its name, the club announced at a watch party for the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) season opener Friday night. The club, which will take the field in 2026, will ditch the name BOS Nation FC – an anagram for “Bostonian” - which was unveiled in its October marketing campaign.

Milford, Mass. — Students at Milford High School are navigating an obstacle course of buckets and recycling bins containing dirty water from multiple roof leaks. Parents sent Boston 25 News pictures and video of hallways and common areas strewn with dozens of bins of brown water that students say smell awful. One photo shows a construction cone duct-taped upside-down to a stairway railing, apparently funneling water into a bucket below.
