WFXT is a Fox-affiliated TV station operating on virtual channel 25 and UHF digital channel 34, based in Boston, Massachusetts. The station is part of the Cox Media Group, which is headquartered in Atlanta. WFXT's studio facility is situated on Fox Drive in Dedham, close to the Boston-Providence Turnpike, while its transmitter can be found on Cabot Street in Needham. This station is one of six television stations in Boston that can be accessed in Canada through Bell Satellite TV and EastLink cable services. Notably, WFXT holds the distinction of being the largest Fox affiliate by market size that is not directly owned by the network, even though it has been under Fox's ownership twice, from 1987 to 1990 and again from 1995 to 2014.

    DEDHAM, Mass. — One person is dead and another is injured following a shooting outside BJ’s in Dedham. According to the Norfolk County DA, around 3:30 a.m., officers were called to the BJ’s parking lot on Route 1 after receiving multiple 911 calls. Upon arrival, officers found two people suffering from gunshot wounds. One person was pronounced dead at a local hospital, and another is still being treated. An investigation into the shooting is ongoing.

    UNITY, NH — Authorities have identified the man killed in a mobile home fire in Unity, NH, on Sunday evening. Around 6 p.m., crews were called to investigate an outside fire at 299 Quaker City Road in Unity. Upon arrival, firefighters found a mobile home fully in flames, prompting firefighters to extinguish the fire. Michael Maco, 75, of Unity was found inside the mobile home and was pronounced dead on the scene.
