The new Northeast neighborhood spot, at 333 East Hennepin Avenue, is set to open Sunday, April 27 at 11 a.m. The wood-fired oven is the centerpiece of Rosalia, which offers around a dozen pizzas and side dishes such as oven-roasted vegetables, crudo and an array of colorful dips and salads.
