Hark, the herald angels sing: A new Alani Nu Energy flavor is born. This time around, we’ve got our hands on Sherbet Swirl, Alani Nu’s take on the classic frozen orange-raspberry-lime dessert. Technically speaking, Alani Nu actually made a sherbet flavor a while back—just not in their energy drink format. Alani Nutrition (the full name of the company that makes Alani Nu Energy, if you didn’t know) has offered a Sherbet Swirl pre-workout mix for a few years now.

Rest assured, I got your comments and letters: “Griffin, tell us about rare Mountain Dew flavors we can just buy.” Today, I’m bringing you seven Mountain Dew flavors that are still currently in production that you might not know about. I’ve got a good thing going with the “7 Sodas” series here on Sporked, but this list deserves an honorable number eight.

Ben Stiller, one of our greatest living nepo babies, is planning to launch a low-sugar soda brand called Stiller’s. Do you think this idea came from his innie or his outie? Per sources that don’t wish to be identified, Ben Stiller has been raising funds for the venture in his personal time. He filed for a trademark back in November relating to this venture, which gives us our first idea of the name of this new “fruit-flavored, carbonated beverage” brand: Stiller’s. In one word?

It was only yesterday (or, you know, late last year) that we were first covering the rumblings of Red Bull Spring Edition 2025. At that time, we believed the name would be “Pink Grapefruit & Woodruff,” and while that name may be accurate for certain countries, we’ve got a new name for it here in the states. Esteemed readers, let me introduce you to Red Bull Spring Edition 2025: Grapefruit & Blossom. (I guess they were scared Americans wouldn’t know what a woodruff was.
