PULASKI, Va. (WDBJ) - On Friday, Congressman Morgan Griffith announced the Town of Pulaski will receive a $500,000 Brownfield grant from the EPA. The town plans to use the money to begin the process of redeveloping several abandoned gas stations and automotive business fronts around the town. “We have five or six around the town. FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - During two meetings this week, Franklin County’s Board of Supervisors will discuss a proposed update to the county’s comprehensive plan outlining what Franklin County will look like over the next 20 years. The 2045 Comprehensive Plan will outline the future of land use in the county as well as the future of growth and development. A big part of creating the plan was gathering public input over the last year.
