The teen said he was only doing about 20 mph on Pine Lakes Parkway and was scared the woman might hit him.

    The Commerce Parkway project in Flagler County is nearing completion, with an anticipated opening date of sometime in September. The newly constructed roadway will connect State Road 100 and U.S. 1 in Bunnell. Not only will it serve as a shortcut for drivers, as well as first responders, it will also open previously landlocked properties for commerce as well as residential growth. The corridor has been in the planning stages for nearly 20 years.

After video was released of an Edgewater Police officer arresting a CVS employee who was waiting for a ride home after his shift, more developments continue to unfold.
