The legendary race is the crown jewel of the NTT IndyCar Series and perhaps the most prestigious event in all of motorsports. The 2025 Indy 500 features a new broadcast partner, with Fox televising the race for the first time.

Denny Hamlin comes into Sunday’s race on a hot streak, having won the past two Cup races at Martinsville Speedway and Darlington Raceway. He is seeking to match Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Christopher Bell by winning three consecutive races this season. Bell took the checkered flag at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Circuit of the Americas and Phoenix Raceway.

Alexander Volkanovski of Australia and Diego Lopes of Brazil will headline UFC 314 in a featherweight title bout at the Kaseya Center in Miami. It will be the first fight between the two competitors. The title was left vacant after Ilia Topuria decided to move on from the featherweight division and permanently compete in the lightweight division. Volkanovski, the previous featherweight champion, already has the second most title victories in the division with five.
