Emerson Colindres, the Cincinnati 19-year-old detained by ICE, was deported June 17, according to the Butler County sheriff. Addyston Village Council voted 4-3 Tuesday night to disband the community’s police department. This comes after one of the largest factories in this small western Hamilton County village of about 1,000 people, INEOS ABS, announced its plant will shut down next year.
