James River Phillips, 20, was arrested by the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force following a federal court-ordered search in the area of Sentinel Oak Drive late Thursday morning, Cincinnati FBI spokesman Todd Lindgren said.

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Cincinnati Parks Department is working overtime to clear out as much as it can from the riverfront ahead of a busy weekend, which includes home games for the Cincinnati Reds. Debris, flooded parking garages and closed roads were all left by Ohio River floodwaters. Rodney Perry and crews are hurrying to clean the area, but Perry says the slowly receding floodwater from the East Parking Garage delayed cleaning efforts and made power washing more difficult.

Morning View Meadows in northern Kentucky was flooded five feet deep, destroying tables, chairs and windows, leaving the brides nowhere to say “I do.”Amy Walker with Morning View Meadows said she woke up to rising floodwaters in the reception hall on Saturday, which was already set up for Brittany Schwartz’s wedding.
