FRESNO, Calif. – The 16-year-olds accused in the murder of 18-year-old Caleb Quick made separate court appearances Wednesday, where an attorney for one of the teenaged suspects already began a defense. Quick was shot and killed shortly before 9 p.m. on April 23 outside a Clovis McDonald’s.

CLOVIS, Calif. – Two teens who are accused of murder will appear in court Wednesday for the first time since they were arrested and charged in the killing of Clovis high schooler Caleb Quick. The Fresno County District Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday the teens will appear for a 1:30 p.m. hearing. Their names were not released due to their age.

CLOVIS, Calif. – Weeks after a shooting in Clovis left a teenager dead, formal charges are expected to be filed as soon as Tuesday against two other teenagers who are accused of the crime. The Clovis Police Department announced on Friday that two teenagers, both 16, were arrested for the alleged murder of 18-year-old Clovis senior Caleb Quick. He was shot and killed outside of a Clovis McDonald’s restaurant on April 23.

FRESNO, Calif. – A Democratic national political action committee is looking to flip vulnerable Republican seats in Congress in the next elections, including one seat in the San Joaquin Valley. EMILYs LIST released a list of target seats on Wednesday as it begins to lay the groundwork for the 2026 midterm elections. Among 46 House seats in their list is the one currently occupied by congressman David Valadao of Hanford.
