The Reign is the Kings’ AHL affiliate. To host a playoff game at Tech CU Arena in San Jose, the Barracuda would need to advance to the second round.

Another Sharks forward commits to playing in the World Championships. The commute for Alexander Wennberg should be easy, anyway, since he said he has a home 20-25 minutes away from Avicii Arena.

The Blackhawks beat the Bruins 5-2 and are now five points ahead of the Sharks for 31st place in the NHL standings. Sharks would need six points in their last four games to pass Chicago, since the Hawks own the first tiebreaker (regulation wins). Sure seems like the Sharks
