McCarthy said even though Poturalski was frustrated with not getting more of an NHL shot than he did, he didn't let it affect his play or his attitude while with the Cuda. "Sometimes it's all about how you deal with it. He dealt with it the right way." #sjbarracuda

John McCarthy said Zack Ostapchuk was playing though a lower leg injury in the playoffs. "It was more of a bruise than anything else, but it was significant," McCarthy said. McCarthy said it was a sign of Ostapchuk's character that he played though the ailment.
