    GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Grand Raggidy Rollery Derby is celebrating two decades of hard hits, fast jams and roller derby excellence this weekend. On Saturday, April 19, the league will play a double-header at home at JAM Sports in Grandville to commemorate its anniversary. Doors to the event will open at 4 p.m., and it will run through 9 p.m.  The first game kicks off at 4:30 p.m., featuring the All Stars vs. Naptown A from Indianapolis, Indiana. "What we're seeing culturally here, West Michigan, Grand Rapids, Michigan and across our country, is a lack of access to play in general," said Jacqueline Scherer, founder and executive director of The PlaygroundGR. When people can access play and therapy, Scherer says that's when true healing takes place through play therapy.
