GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Grand Raggidy Rollery Derby is celebrating two decades of hard hits, fast jams and roller derby excellence this weekend. On Saturday, April 19, the league will play a double-header at home at JAM Sports in Grandville to commemorate its anniversary. Doors to the event will open at 4 p.m., and it will run through 9 p.m.  The first game kicks off at 4:30 p.m., featuring the All Stars vs. Naptown A from Indianapolis, Indiana. "What we're seeing culturally here, West Michigan, Grand Rapids, Michigan and across our country, is a lack of access to play in general," said Jacqueline Scherer, founder and executive director of The PlaygroundGR.
