BRISTOL, Tenn. — The Bristol chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities received a substantial donation this week, when area Jersey Mike’s franchisees contributed over $122,000 to its annual fundraising. A dozen area stores, owned by franchisee David Wampler — whose family operates eight stores in greater Bristol area — and Sam Curde, who operates stores in Johnson City and Greeneville, teamed up to raise the funds in March during the organization’s annual Month of Giving.
