Before the vote, Councilman Tim McCarthy said a longer extension is needed due to council only meeting once a month in July and August. The current moratorium extension expires May 7.

If only the walls could talk in this little green mint jewel of a house. John Kosztak and Tori Mendoza are reluctantly selling their home at 7149 Wales Rd. in Northwood after 15 years of lovingly living in it and investing thousands of dollars in improvements and renovations.
