Like the Farahmands, Jennifer Wolfe has had two of her children attend El Rodeo, and two more will soon begin there — Bodhi, who is entering third grade and Abhi, who will start kindergarten. Wolfe and her family moved to Beverly Hills in 2018 after living in Bangalore, India for five years. Having already experienced such a big transition, she is optimistic about the oncoming process of her children re-adjusting to El Rodeo, who have been attending Hawthorne Elementary since its closure.

But behind the facade of glitz and glamour, Williams faced countless obstacles as a Black man in segregated America.

Finding community at USC can be essential for students looking for a place to connect with fellow peers. Today, we are highlighting a few Black student organizations that aim to connect Black students with similar interests. Kailin Bryant, a freshman studying Political Science, Philosophy, and Culture, is a member of Siblings in Solidarity (SIS). The club meets on a weekly basis and is open to students looking for a safe space.

Today, a hearing was held in Fulton County, Georgia to see whether District Attorney Fani Willis and her lead prosecutor against Trump, Nathan Wade, should be allowed to remain on the case. After the 2020 election, then President Donald Trump and his allies refused to accept that he lost the state of Georgia.

There are 12 animals on the Chinese zodiac, and each one is associated with a new year. This year is the Year of the Dragon, which symbolizes power, nobility and good luck. The Lunar New Year is accompanied by a variety of traditions and lively celebrations, many of which surround the Chinese legend of a monster named Nian.
