General manager that has a nasty habit of publicly criticizing his coach and players: Check. Coach who clearly doesn’t embrace the general manager’s vision: Check. No. Depth. What. So. Ever. (For two seasons now): Check. Superstar player(s) very, very unhappy: Check.
