In a staff report from the city of Piqua Planning Commission dated Jan. 14, AES Ohio requested IH-heavy industrial zoning for a 5.079-acre tract to be subdivided from the city’s water treatment plant (WTP) property, between state Route 66 and Hardin Road and Hardin Alternate Road.
