    WATERTOWN - Over 175 Watertonians took to the corner of West Main and Church Streets Saturday. The "Hands Off" protests happened around the country and the state. Local organizers were pleased with the turnout. "When we saw 75-80 on the registration website, we were sort of thinking about how big it was, and then when we were there, we had a headcount of up to 175," said Francine Gies, who helped arrange the Watertown event. Owner Shaniyah Rhodes said she expects to get her liquor license by April 13 and possibly open the new establishment by mid-May.     By By Ed Zagorski [email protected] JEFFERSON - One of the men who was arrested by Watertown police in connection with the two gas station robberies had his Deferred Prosecution Agreement in a separate charge revoked by Judge Bennett J. Brantmeier. Brantmeier sentenced Austin Rupnow, 18, of Watertown, to serve 9 months in Jefferson County Jail with Huber privileges.
