Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey's deadline for St. Louis Sheriff Alfred Montgomery to resign has passed. Now the highest-ranking law enforcement officer in the Show-Me State is going through the legal process to get Montgomery out of office. Bailey has filed a quo warranto, a legal writ that can be used to remove someone in an elected position for doing anything unlawful or abusing their authority.

Everybody might love Raymond, but the cast of the hit show is making it clear that their will not be a reboot. From "Frazier" to "Will & Grace" to "Fuller House" to "The Conners" reboots have excited fans of shows that originated in the '90s and 2000s, but "Everybody Loves Raymond" just will not happen. The show's headlining stars Ray Romano and Patricia Heaton told the New York Post at a 30th anniversary celebration for the sitcom.
