DeEtta Bright, a mother of four, lives on Buckingham Avenue and tells TV5 that a massive tree fell right at her front door when storms blew through mid-Michigan late Thursday night. “It was like this loud noise, like a demolition, like somebody blowing a building up,” Bright said.     SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) - Hundreds of people were still without power in mid-Michigan on Sunday, May 18, following overnight storms on Thursday. Tornado warnings were issued in Gratiot, Midland, Saginaw, and Bay counties late Thursday night, May 15, into Friday morning. Friday evening, the National Weather Service confirmed that two EF-0 tornadoes had touched down in the TV5 viewing area overnight.
