Lehigh University, DeSales University and Lafayette College are advancing toward final hearings on $2.7 million worth of COVID-related class action settlements. Students who paid for on-campus classes but were forced to go remote in spring 2020 filed suit against the schools, asking for refunds of tuition and fees. Lehigh University will settle for $1.75 million, according to a plaintiff’s motion for final approval of the class action settlement filed Friday.
