Nomo Studio designed the single-storey holiday home on a plot surrounded by pines and vegetation in the northeast of the Baleriac island, which is located in the Mediterranean Sea. The six-bedroom house includes a large dining and living area, an indoor and outdoor kitchen and a generous covered terrace.

    Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) has started its search for the next operator of the city region’s tram system, with a £1.6bn contract on offer. The transport body is seeking a company to operate and maintain Metrolink, the UK’s largest light rail network which is used by 44M passengers a year. The tram is a key part of the Bee Network, Greater Manchester’s integrated public transport and active travel system, and has eight lines with 99 stops across Greater Manchester.
