    SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) — As the temperatures continue to drop, Clark County is offering a warming center to those who need a place to stay. The Clark County Emergency Management Agency announced the opening of a warming center, located at 424 S. Fountain Avenue in Springfield. Those in need of warmth or a meal can visit free of charge. The center will remain open 24 hours a day until further notice. Clark County EMA says volunteers and donations are welcome at the warming center.

    DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — More than 1,000 kids in need will have presents to unwrap this Christmas. For the Love of Children, or FLOC, held its annual toy drive for Montgomery County Children’s Services, with those gifts delivered on Monday. Bikers donate $10K in gifts to Montgomery Co. Children’s Services Included in the haul are toys, coats and various other items to make the holiday season cheerful for local kids in need.
