Nathan Bailey was in court Monday, facing more than 30 charges after investigators arrested him last week. INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) – Indiana lawmakers are debating whether teens should be taught about consent as a part of sex education. Some lawmakers think if kids are learning about sex in school, they should be required to also learn about their right to say “yes” or “no.”The author of the bill, Indiana State Sen. Gary Byrne, does not believe teaching about consent should be a requirement. “The school boards would choose whether to do that or not,” the Republican senator said.
