The Denver Broncos have announced that the late Demaryius Thomas has been elected to the team's Ring of Fame in his first year of eligibility. Thomas spent 8-plus seasons with the Broncos after being drafted in the first round of the 2010 NFL draft. For only the sixth time in the last 36 years, the Buffs men's golf team has reached the final stage of the NCAA championships. "I told these guys this is the best team in the history of Colorado golf," head coach Roy Edwards said. The Colorado Buffaloes proved their coach right last week placing third at regionals and punching their ticket to the 2025 DI Men's Golf Championships. "It's a big deal. We've been the NCAA tournament before, but this is advancing.

Last year Colorado Christian men's golf team did the unthinkable. They won the Division II national championship. "It was really unbelievable," said head coach Mark Hull. "It's still hard to believe, we're just little Colorado Christian University." "When it happened it was super surreal," added senior Adam Duncan. "But then it was like, 'Oh, we've trained for this moment so it didn't feel like it was groundbreaking.'" With all due respect to Duncan, it was.

Every year PECOTA, a baseball algorithm that projects the baseball season over and over, says the Colorado Rockies are one of three teams who have a 0% chance to make the postseason in 2025. Colorado is projected to win a league-low 55 games, which means they would suffer thru their third consecutive 100 loss season. If accurate, the 2025 season would end up being the worst in franchise history. The Rockies had never lost 100 games until 2023.

Three members of the Denver Broncos are up for some prestigious awards at the NFL honors ceremony at this year's Super Bowl. Broncos cornerback Pat Surtain II is one of the five finalists for the Associated Press' "Defensive Player of the Year." Surtain allowed just 37 receptions and had four interceptions in his stellar campaign.
