WENATCHEE, Wash. — On a sunny day, a darkness hangs over the city of Wenatchee. Warmth is replaced by cold-blooded murder. "I get full-body chills," says Amber Philippe. Amber placed toys, chosen by her own 3-year-old, at the memorial site for three little girls allegedly murdered by their own father. Their mother, Whitney Decker, is living the unimaginable. SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. — The federal Job Corps program in Skagit County has operated for more than 40 years, helping more than 10,000 underprivileged youth build brighter futures. EVERETT, Wash. — At 85 years old, Lela Sergi has seen a lot in life and has one basic rule she lives by. "I think anything in life is what you make it," Sergi said. Sergi said she is committed to making the most of her life. "Any day I get up is a good day," Sergi said to Watson, a comfort animal employed by Everett's Full Life Adult Day Health Center. Sergi spends many of her days at the center. She often spends her time playing with Watson, a goofy Basset Hound puppy.
