    MITCHELL — The Mitchell Board of Education got its first look Tuesday night at the proposed K-12 budget for the 2025-26 school year. The board got the rundown on the financial situation of the district when it met in regular session at the Mitchell Career and Technical Education Academy. For the K-12 budget, the board heard that the proposed general fund came in at $23,984,367.
