LUVERNE, MN (KELO) — Spring is in the air, and so is the city of Luverne’s annual citywide Spring clean up. “People can bring out small quantities of building demo and any kind of garbage, bigger items, couches, toys, chairs,” public works director John Stoffel said. City crews began hauling away unwanted items on Monday. There’s no extra cost to residents who have a residential garbage account with the city. “The tipping fees for an annual spring cleanup is increasing all the time.
