According to Public Information Officer Kristen Dark, 21-year-old Sappi Tchoualack Jeugolm Franck was found to be in an altered state of behavior in his housing unit at around 9:00 P.M. on September 8th. He was taken to the hospital, where he was treated and then taken off life support days later.
