    In a bizarre incident in downtown San Antonio, a stone-throwing assailant hit a man in the head with rocks, then stole his belongings early Saturday, police said. It happened in the 600 block of Soledad, near the Central Library and Fox Tech High School. The 18-year-old victim told police that a man approached him on the street at 1:44 a.m. The suspect had rocks in his hands. He began cursing at the victim, then threw rocks at him, hitting him in the head, according to a preliminary police report.
