Facing rolling pickets, YWCA Toronto has avoided a strike by boosting the wages offered to its workers. On Tuesday, the union’s president, Amanda Kinna, told TorontoToday she was excited about the deal and proud of what her members had accomplished. The new agreement sees an average wage increase of 11 per cent over three years.

This is wild!

Here's why we're delaying our food issue by a week. We gave some new writers a chance and greenlit their pitches. When drafts came in, we realized several authors were scammers trying to pawn off AI-generated stories about fictional places and people. https://t.co/UrAhmLF4Mu
