    Investigators say residents can expect a “significant” police presence in an Ajax after reports of gunshots and finding shell casings, Durham Regional Police say. Police gunshots were was reported on Friday in the area of Church Street North and Taunton Road West in Ajax. No victims have been located but police say “multiple shell casings” were found at the scene.

    Police are urging members of the public not to approach a pair of “dangerous illegal migrants” who were last seen near Niagara Falls, police say. On Friday, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said Yenny Justo, 41, and Alexander Cardenas, 51, were last seen in the Fort Erie area, approximately 30 kilometres south of Niagara Falls near the Peace Bridge U.S.-Canada border crossing.
