CHARLOTTE, NC — An update to a story we’ve been following for two months, the search for Julio. The 6-year-old French Bulldog was stolen along with Jayla Gittens car in early April. 20-year-old Tahari Taylor was arrested on Friday in connection to the theft of Julio, a 6-year-old French Bulldog. Taylor is one of at least three people arrested in the case. Kendra Hunter was arrested in May and she says so was her 14-year-old son.

RALEIGH, NC — Ciera Seymour moved to North Carolina a few months ago. She needs her Real ID like 48% of North Carolinians. “As soon as I walked in there, they kind of just declined me,” Seymour said of walking into a Charlotte DMV. CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD is on scene of what witnesses describe as shots fired. It happened around 6PM on Friday in east Charlotte at the 7100 block of Barrington Dr.Witnesses tell our crew 3 people wearing ski masks walked up to a nearby playground and started firing shots. The witnesses tell us the target appeared to be a woman pushing a baby in a stroller. MEDIC says no one was shot. Our crew saw one person in handcuffs and placed inside a police car. This is an active situation.
