COLLEGE STATION, Texas – University of Missouri baseball rode a dominant all-around performance to its third-straight victory, a 10-1 rout of Texas A&M that completed the Tigers’ first Southeastern Conference road series sweep in eight years Sunday afternoon at Blue Bell Park. For the third straight game in the series, the Tigers (16-35, 3-24 SEC) turned in a shutdown mound performance, as Wil Libbert and Josh McDevitt combined to strike out 10 hitters while holding the Aggies to two hits.

ATHENS, Ga. – University of Missouri softball senior catcher Julia Crenshaw was named to the 2025 All-SEC First Team, the league announced Friday morning. For Crenshaw, the SEC postseason honor is the first in her career at Mizzou. The O’Fallon, Missouri, native, paced the Tigers during SEC play, batting .343 with 23 hits, 16 runs, five doubles, seven home runs (sixth in the SEC) and 12 RBI. She slugged .731 which ranked fourth in the SEC and topped the category for catchers.

ATHENS, Ga. – University of Missouri softball concluded its season at the 2025 SEC Tournament as the No. 14 seed Tigers dropped their first-round matchup against No. 11 seed (18/21 ranked) Ole Miss (36-16), 1-0 at Jack Turner Stadium. With the loss, Mizzou finishes the campaign with a 25-31 mark. Claire Cahalan (stolen base), Julia Crenshaw, and Kara Daly (1-for-2 with a walk) all notched a hit in Tuesday’s SEC Tournament opener.

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Kansas scored a pair of eighth-inning runs to pull out a 6-5 victory over University of Missouri baseball Tuesday evening at Taylor Stadium. The Jayhawks overcame a 5-3, sixth-inning deficit by plating three unanswered runs, taking the lead for good on Sawyer Smith’s infield single with two out in the decisive eighth inning. The Tigers (13-35) wiped out an early 3-0 deficit after KU’s Jackson Hauge put the visitors in front with a three-run homer in the first inning.

The St. Louis Blues lost defenseman Tyler Tucker to an injury late in Game 4 of their first-round matchup with the Winnipeg Jets, and he did not return to the series. “With Tucker’s injury, I think we all saw (what it was) in the playoffs,” Blues General Manager Doug Armstrong said in his postseason media availability. “He was a non-surgical candidate, but he was going to be out awhile.”Armstrong did not provide a timeline for Tucker’s recovery.
