    CENTRE COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police in Centre County say a Millheim man is behind bars after he allegedly started a fire inside a local apartment building early Tuesday morning. Troopers say 26-year-old Paul Eby is accused of starting a fire inside his East Main Street Apartment, in Millheim Borough, and then fleeing the scene. According to the affidavit, authorities were called to the apartment complex, just before 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, to investigate an alleged arson fire.
