Levy has been named the new food and beverage operator at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Beginning this summer, the sports and entertainment hospitality business will offer refreshed menus crafted by Levy chefs across the 220-acre complex. Levy will also offer a new dining concept, and freshly prepared grab-and-go options at the flagship ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill later in the year.

Bernard Guasch, the chief executive of Catalans Dragons, has expressed his frustration at the slow development of the French rugby league side’s shared stadium, but is targeting progress this month. The team, which features in Britain’s Super League despite being French, plays at the Stade Gilbert Brutus in Perpignan, France. The venue currently has a capacity of 13,180. The stadium originally opened in 1962 and has since been expanded three times – the last time being 2011.

IFEMA Madrid has selected Match Hospitality to operate the hospitality programme for the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix, which will switch to the Spanish capital from 2026. Match Hospitality will design the products and experiences to be utilised in the VIP and hospitality areas of the event. Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena has worked to become a true venue for diverse indoor entertainment, collaborating with multicultural agency CulturalPulse. The agency has assisted Qudos Bank Arena in further engaging its audience through segmented marketing strategies and culturally customised communications. Over the last 18 months, the venue has hosted a series of concerts featuring international artists from K-Pop, Mando Pop, Indian Hip-Hop/Pop and Reggaeton.

Live Nation Entertainment is set to launch its first live music venue in Southeast Asia. The 3,000-capacity venue will be located in the heart of Singapore and is the result of a partnership with Lendlease Global Commercial real estate investment trust (REIT), supported by the Singapore Tourism Board. The music hall will feature multiple rooms with stages, with the plan of hosting developing and established international touring acts, as well as local artists.
