    PHILADELPHIA — Rite Aid Corp. will again file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, an internal company memo cited by Bloomberg says. The filing is coming in response to the company's inability to borrow more capital to keep operating the business, CEO Matthew Schroeder said in the memo. The retailer will also cut jobs at its corporate offices, the memo says.
