KENTUCKY — This month, communities across the country are coming together to recognize Child Abuse Prevention Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness on the effects of child abuse and the importance of prevention. Family & Children’s Place hosted its annual Rally to End Child Abuse. The organization has been in Louisville for more than 140 years and provides several services for children. Speakers highlighted progress that has been made and the work that still needs to be done.
