Naming the movie “Sacramento” started as a joke. “The honest answer is because it’s on the sign in Los Angeles,” said Michael Angarano, who stars in, co-wrote and directed the film that opens nationwide in theaters on April 11. “It says 5-North Sacramento.”Roughly a decade ago, Angarano acted in a television pilot that wasn’t picked up as a series.
