After 35 years of operation, a popular breakfast and lunch restaurant is ready to serve customers again after it relocated to a new home in Quakertown. Sunday’s Deli & Restaurant reopened Monday at 44 Front St., it announced online. Sunday Pappas and his wife Elaine opened around 1990 at 140 E. Broad St. in Quakertown. “We spent the last month getting everything ready and making sure that we moved all the hometown memories to the new location,” the restaurant said on Facebook.

If burgers with bacon and cheese weren’t enough, diners can enjoy burgers stuffed with bacon and cheese at the food truck that has found a new permanent spot to cook in Bethlehem. “That’s what makes us different,” owner Abraham Nomie said. The Burger Shack Food Truck held a grand opening Saturday for its new home in the parking lot of Country Club Brewing, 323 Pierce St. in Bethlehem. Customers can buy the signature stuff burgers as well as loaded fries, wraps and chicken sandwiches.
