WATERTOWN — On a windy Tuesday night in early March, about 30 people filled the tight quarters of the Watertown Area Boxing Club at the Top of the Square in the Woolworth building downtown. After an evening of sparring, working out and enjoying the company of long-time or newly found friends, around 20 of the boxers assembled in the club’s ring for a group picture. They take a picture at the end of every workout session, which is often twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
