WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - A condemned Watertown house where someone was found dead is set to be leveled this summer. “It is our number one building for demolition,” said Eric Wagenaar, city manager. He’s talking about 518 Coffeen Street. “It’s been there so long with trees growing out of the roof, people are kinda like, ‘That’s just the way it is,’” said Wagenaar. But the city doesn’t want neighbors to look at it that way any longer. The property was condemned in 2021.
