    Richmond police are asking for the public's help in their investigation of multiple armed robberies of U.S. Postal Service workers. On March 28, 2024, at around 2:10 p.m., officers were called to East Franklin Street near North 22nd Street. Upon arrival, they found a postal worker who said a man flashed a handgun and demanded that she give him the mail key. She says the suspect then fled on foot towards North 21st Street.

    Two teenagers have been arrested in connection to a shooting that left the victim fighting for his life on Tuesday, according to Chesterfield police. Police responded to the scene on Bimini Road near Belrun Road just before 8:30 p.m. for the report of a shooting. Once on scene, officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he remains as of Thursday afternoon.

    Richmond police are alerting residents after surveillance cameras captured a masked burglar entering several homes late at night.     A 16-year-old boy is injured after what may have been an accidental shooting, according to Richmond police. Units responded just before 4:20 a.m. Wednesday to the report of a person shot on Lawson Street near East 35th Street in the city's South Side. On scene they found the boy with an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital with what police consider "non-life-threatening injuries." Police said detectives are investigating the shooting as possibly accidental.
