Triten Real Estate Partners broke ground in May on a 25-acre industrial development in Humble, company officials announced in a May 21 news release. Dubbed "Kenswick at 1960 Distribution Center," the state-of-the-art industrial complex will consist of two front-load distribution buildings totaling 392,650 square feet, per the release. "North Houston continues to stand out as a dynamic industrial hub," said Keith Gabrielson, senior associate at Triten Real Estate Partners, in a statement.
