HANCOCK COUNTY, W.Va. — The Hancock County Commission is moving forward with plans to establish a restaurant at Kennedy Marina in Newell. During a special meeting on April 21, commissioners approved a bid from CEMCO Incorporated. At its latest meeting, the commission finalized an agreement that allows CEMCO to withdraw if the restaurant does not receive final approval. The project still requires approval from the Department of the Interior.
