JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio — More than two dozen handmade quilts will be on display at Historic Fort Steuben the next 2 weeks. This is the 15th year for the spring quilt show, which features 34 entrants from across the tri-state. The quilts are made from items like flour sacks, cotton, felt, ribbons and bandanas.
