SIUE & SEMO Add Talent(St. Louis, MO) – Significant OVC signings keep rolling in. After Tuesday’s announcement by Lindenwood of the signing of 6’10 Maine transfer Milos Nenadic, SIUE & SEMO are adding more talent. Oral Roberts transfer Darius Robinson joins the OVC tournament champion Southern Illinois Edwardsville. The 6’1 guard averaged 7.4 points during his one season with ORU. Robinson spent two highly productive seasons in junior college.

(BRENTWOOD, TN) – SIUE graduate guard Ray’Sean Taylor has been selected as the Ohio Valley Conference Male Athlete of the Year for 2024-25 in voting by the league’s athletics directors and communications directors. Tennessee Tech volleyball player Madolyn Isringhausen was named the OVC Female Athlete of the Year on Wednesday. Taylor is the first SIUE athlete to earn the honor.

Most Instable Rosters(St. Louis, MO) – Three Missouri Valley Conference teams have had a roster mass exodus and 2,300 basketball players have entered the free agent transfer portal. Around twenty of those transfers have landed at Drake, Murray State and Valparaiso through the portal shopping efforts of their head coaches. New coaches at Drake and Murray State precipitated those changes and Valpo endured an unprecedented talent drain through the latest record-setting edition of ‘portal pandemic’.

One-On-One with Brian Wardle(St. Louis, MO) – The next edition of Bradley basketball will be the ‘new look Braves’. After ten years of almost no coaching staff changes, Brian Wardle has a new look coaching staff and roster, but the same high expectations. Gone are assistant coaches Mike Bargen and Jimmie Foster and Brian Jones returns to the staff two years after he first worked with Bradley basketball. Graduation removed Bradley stars Duke Deen, Darius Hannah, Christian Davis and Zek Montgomery.
