Matthew Williams says he’s out more than $10,000 after hiring a contractor who didn’t complete the work needed on his property, and having to pay additional contractors for corrective work. Unfortunately, Williams – isn’t alone. Williams was renovating a home in Savannah to be able to rent it out.

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - One of the first trials in Chatham County’s new Gadsden courthouse is underway. It’s a civil case that stems from the August 2017 murder of Eliud Montoya in Garden City. Three men, Pablo Rangel-Rubio, Juan Rangel-Rubio, and Higinio Perez-Bravo are currently serving prison sentences for what prosecutors call a murder-for-hire plot.
